ABOUT

Chief Dr. Ayele Kumari a multitalented scholar, Priestess (Iyanifa) Author, and now songwriter and producer. She is the founding Director of Ashe Soul Global and Ori Institute. Inspired to bridge traditional African spiritual folk music of the Continental Ifa Orisa wisdom tradition with the deeply soulful genres of African Diasporan music of R and B, Blues, Jazz, Black Gospel, Afrobeats and more. She calls her music genre "Afrospiritual Soul" which honors African ancestral roots both ancient and recent in the diaspora to produce a healing sound that is global. It is intended to educate as well as be an entire vibe!
